Our five-story barn facility offers a variety of unit sizes and locations. As the number of stairs go up, the price goes down. A handcart is available to transport your items from the building to a cart set aside for storage customer parking.
Our two-story pole buildings are set back on the property and easy to drive up to. There are both interior hallway and exterior direct access units available.
Whether you need to park a fleet or a personal vehicle, we have space for you. Our uncovered parking is set back from the highway for safety.
Customers can access their rented units at their convenience twenty-four hours a day, seven days a week.

Twin Pine Storage will be closed on the following holidays each year: New Year's Day, Martin Luther King Jr Day, Presidents' Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.
To rent a unit you will need the following:
A current ID
Payment (cash, check, or credit card) for your prorated current month's rent, full first months rent, and a $25 security deposit
A contract must be signed prior to occupying your rent.
Rent is due by the 1st of each month. A late fee will be assessed on the 11th day of each month if not paid.

ONLINE PAYMENTS must be opted into and can be set up in person or by phone.
You will have a key to access your unit when it's convenient for you. However, if it is late please be aware of your noise levels. Complaints may lead to eviction.
Our campus is not gated, but each building is kept locked. If you have an interior unit, you be issued a key to access the hallway leading to your unit. It must be returned to claim your security deposit.
Padlocks must be provided by the tenant.
Insurance must be purchased separately if desired. Choosing not to is at your own risk.
OVERLOCKING will occur at the end of the month when rent is not paid. The balance must then be paid in full in order to unlock the unit. Tenants will be notified by phone or mail.
EVICTION will occur after attempts to contact you regarding your balance have failed and a final notice with 30 days to pay has been given. If back rent and fees due are not paid in full, the unit's contents will be removed, the unit vacated, and the security deposit will not be returned.
Rent will not be prorated for the month of departure.
Your unit must be:
Your door key, if applicable, must also be returned to the front office when notifying the office that you have vacated your unit.
If your key is returned, the unit is as described above and undamaged, your $25 security deposit will be mailed to the address on file.
Absolutely NO SMOKING is allowed inside any building. Doing so is immediate ground for eviction.
Smoking on the grounds is allowed if butts are removed.
